The restaurant serves only beef pho. A special bowl costs 100,000 VND, a regular bowl is priced at 90,000 VND, and a small bowl at 80,000 VND. Toppings include rare beef slices, brisket, beef meatballs, and tendon.

The secret of Pho Le lies in its steaming hot broth, made entirely from beef bones. The bones are meticulously cleaned and simmered for 8 hours. All ingredients, such as beef, meatballs, and tendons, are fresh, with no frozen products used. The sauces and satay are homemade, and the rice noodles are custom-ordered rather than purchased from the market.
